Who you are buying from

Orders

Adding an item to your bag is not a purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email after payment has been received.

Occasionally an item sells out between your adding it and your paying for it. If that happens we will contact you and refund the item in full — we will never substitute something you did not choose.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is mispriced, where stock is genuinely unavailable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. In every such case any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes, as stated on the product page.

You may pay online through Razorpay — cards, UPI, net banking and wallets — or choose cash on delivery. The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable.

A prepaid order is placed only after Razorpay confirms the payment. If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, contact us with the payment reference — the amount is either auto-reversed by your bank or refunded by us.

Product descriptions and colour

We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can, but screens differ, and hand-finished garments and natural fabrics vary slightly from one piece to the next. Small variation in weave, embroidery and shade is a property of the craft, not a defect.

Returns and refunds

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself; we will never ask you for either. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Our content

The photographs, text, designs and marks on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the goods you paid for, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please use our Grievance Redressal route — it reaches a named person and carries a response deadline.
